PUC Education Complex

Lakeview Terrace, California

PUC is an adaptive re-use conversion of a two-story 37,500 SF medical office building into a middle school and high school. Designs focus on providing abundant natural light, building with sustainable & interesting materials, and use of colors that are playful and engaging. The project provides large, open play areas with thoughtful and plentiful landscaping that both protects and softens the campus.
